As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”
In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.
We received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.
Trevor Rogers worked seven shutout innings, allowing just one hit and two walks in the Orioles’ 3-2 win over the Dodgers June 20. It was enough for his third #ManOfTheMatch of the season. Blaze Alexander went 3/5 with two RBI and two runs scores (including a two run homer) in the Orioles’ 12-1 win over the Dodgers June 21. It was enough for his second #ManOfTheMatch of the season.
