As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”

In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.

We received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.

Pete Alonso had a four RBI night including a go-ahead three run homer in the Orioles’ 7-4 win over the Tigers May 22. It was enough for his first #ManOfTheMatch honor of the season. And with the Orioles down to their last strike, Colton Cowser delivered his first ever walk-off home run to give the Orioles a 5-3 win over the Tigers May 24. That was also enough for his first #ManOfTheMatch of the season.

Here’s the tally for the season:

Jeremiah Jackson-3 (April 11, April 13, April 17)
Samuel Basallo-2 (April 20, May 5)
Gunnar Henderson-2 (April 7, May 17)
Coby Mayo-2 (April 22, May 11)
