Here at Glenn Clark Radio, we always reflect on the Baltimore Ravens game in a more jovial manner.  In retrospect, we like to choose five players on the team who — depending on the outcome of the game — deserve a Pat On The Ass or Slap To The Helmet.

The rules are simple: pick two players on defense, two players on offense, and one “wild card” (an offensive player, defensive player, special teamer or coach) who stuck out from the pack.

As you all know, the Ravens picked up a win on the West coast last night over the Chargers, it wasn’t pretty but as a result, we have some Ass Pats to hand out.

They will count down in sequential order before we name the ultimate prize — Two Pats on the Ass. That one player who one single Pat just wouldn’t sit right.

Without further adieu:

Glenn’s Week 12 Pats On The Ass:

5. RB Keaton Mitchell

He averaged 8 yards per touch. That’ll work.

4. EDGE Jadeveon Clowney

The Chargers absolutely sold out on their 19 play second half drive. They went for it on 4th down, they pulled out the lateral play, they threw everything they had at it…only for Jadeveon Clowney to ruin the drive anyway.

3*. WR Zay Flowers

He was great. But not going down at the 2 at the end WAS a mistake and we have to acknowledge that.

2. Safety Kyle Hamilton

He’s an alien.

1. DC Mike Macdonald (Man of the Match)

It’s really unbelievable. The disguising is just so extraordinary.

Griffin’s Week 12 Pats On The Ass:

5. RB Keaton Mitchell

Got more touches, more efficient than Gus Edwards, I love seeing him get worked more into the offense.

4. WR Zay Flowers

Wish he would’ve slid down inside the 5, but clearly he had to show off that Ronaldo celly… and he stepped up as the most targeted pass catcher without Mark Andrews.

3. LB Roquan Smith

So consistent. Delivering massive hits all over the field, forcing fumbles, and it’s rubbed off onto the entire defense. It’s beating a dead horse at this point, but the entire defense plays with a ferocity that all stems back to his arrival, you could pick literally any defensive player because of him.

2. S Kyle Hamilton

He’s already turning into a leader and vet on this defense. He can literally do everything on defense and I think he’s the best player on this defense.

1. DC Mike Macdonald (Man of the Match)

Right now, he gets to pick where he wants to coach next season.
