Here at Glenn Clark Radio, we always reflect on the Baltimore Ravens game in a more jovial manner.  In retrospect, we like to choose five players on the team who — depending on the outcome of the game — deserve a Pat On The Ass or Slap To The Helmet.

The rules are simple: pick two players on defense, two players on offense, and one “wild card” (an offensive player, defensive player, special teamer or coach) who stuck out from the pack.

With the Ravens clinching the #1-seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs in the AFC after beating the Dolphins 56-19, we get to dish out some Ass Pats

They will count down in sequential order before we name the ultimate prize — Two Pats on the Ass and our Man of the Match. That one player who one single Pat just wouldn’t sit right.

Without further adieu:

Glenn’s Ass Pats:

5. OL Ben Cleveland

We’ve had an awful lot of doubts about Ben Cleveland but he came through in a massive way with no sacks and no pressures.

4. CB Arthur Maulet

He’s just been so serviceable for this team and has made big plays both in the secondary and the backfield-particularly considering how banged up they were against the Dolphins.

3. TE Isaiah Likely

I mean, come on.

2. LB Roquan Smith

His pick changed the game and then his coverage and tip allowed for Geno Stone’s pick as well.

1. QB Lamar Jackson (Man of the Match)

Perhaps you’ve heard of him. He’s Lamar Jackson.

Griffin’s Ass Pats:

5. RB Justice Hill

His best game as a pro, I guess I’m not putting him as a returner but that was a massive play, too in a game where he was a massive factor in the pass game.

4. LB Roquan Smith

The interception. Unbelievable, incredible, It looked like Ray. Killed a chance for Miami to build momentum going into half and immediately turned into points for the Ravens. He goes 100 mph every single play.

3. TE Isaiah Likely

Can’t talk about one-handed catches without him. He’s a star. Super efficient in what was an incredibly efficient day all around.

2. CB Arthur Maulet

Without Kyle Hamilton, Brandon Stephens, and Marlon Humphrey for lots of the game, he picked up the slack for all of them, as he has all season. What a game he had, felt like he was everywhere on defense.

1. QB Lamar Jackson (Man Of The Match)

No words. Actually, one: Perfection.
