ESPN decided they were going to air a classic Packers Monday Night Football game, knowing they had the rights to the game after Brett Favre’s father passed away AND the “Fail Mary” game and for some reason instead chose to air his first game against the Packers after leaving Green Bay, which I have absolutely no memory of whatsoever and wouldn’t seem to mean all that much to either market involved.
