ESPN MLB analyst Tim Kurkjian was a guest on Glenn Clark Radio Wednesday.
Among the topics he discussed were:
-Why he thought Félix Bautista was “ridiculous” in his Spring Training return Monday
-How much the return of Bautista can make up for an otherwise uneven offseason
-Do the Orioles need to have a true “ace” (like Grayson Rodriguez ascending or a trade acquisition) or could they win the World Series without one, similar to the Dodgers last year?
-Can the Orioles still re-sign the likes of Adley Rutschman, Gunnar Henderson, Jordan Westburg and Jackson Holliday or given how close Rutschman is to free agency and the other three being Scott Boras clients is that off the table?
-Was he surprised that David Rubenstein’s group wasn’t more aggressive this offseason?
