Anthony Santander’s Heroics Give Him Sixth #ManOfTheMatch Honor Of Season

As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”

In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.

We recently received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.

Anthony Santander launched a dramatic walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth to lift the Orioles to a win over the Giants September 19. It was enough for him to pick up his sixth #MOTM of the season.
