Marvin Lewis Says Success Of Ravens Over 30 Seasons Defined By Ozzie Newsome: “He Never Flinched”

Former Ravens Defensive Coordinator and Sports USA Radio analyst Marvin Lewis was a guest on Glenn Clark Radio Tuesday as we continued to celebrate 30 seasons of Ravens football with members of the inaugural 1996 team.

Among the topics he discussed were:
-His memories of the first season of the Ravens and how crazy things really were in Owings Mills
-When he knew the Ravens were finding their way
-Why he believes Ozzie Newsome is most responsible for the success of the franchise over 30 seasons
-The difficulty that coaches (like John Harbaugh right now) feel when things aren’t going well and you might have to make a change at a coordinator spot
-Does he believe the Ravens can get things fixed when Lamar Jackson gets back?
