As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”
In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.
We received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.
Ramón Urías hit a pair of home runs as part of an offensive onslaught in the Orioles’ 16-4 doubleheader Game 1 win July 29, giving him his second #MOTM of the season. Brandon Young delivered the best start of his career in the nightcap, tossing six innings of two run, six hit ball in an Orioles’ 3-2 win. That gave him his first MOTM honor.
