As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”
In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.
We received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.
Trevor Rogers didn’t think his stuff was great, but it was plenty good enough to deliver a huge start on July 20. He went six innings, allowing seven baserunners (five hits, two walks) and just two earned runs as the Orioles picked up a 5-3 victory. It was enough for him to pick up his team high fourth #MOTM of the year.
