As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”
In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.
We received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.
There ended up being a plethora of candidates to be MOTM in the Orioles’ wild 10-6 over the Rangers June 30. But Ramón Laureano shined brightest, collecting three doubles as part of a four hit night where he scored three runs and added an RBI. That was plenty enough for his third #ManOfTheMatch of the season, matching the team high.
