As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”
In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.
We received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.
After their Opening Day victory, the Birds managed to take just one more from the Blue Jays over the weekend. In that 9-5 victory March 29, it was Ramón Urías’ bases-clearing, two out fourth inning double that flipped the script on the game. It was enough to earn Urías his first #ManOfTheMatch of the season.
