Slater’s Big Game Against White Sox Lands Him His First #ManOfTheMatch Of The Season

As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”

In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.

We recently received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.

Austin Slater started against a righty in the Orioles’ win over the White Sox Sept. 2 and…made the most of it! He went 3-4 with a double, 3RBI and two runs and added a walk, earning him his first #MOTM since joining the Orioles at the trade deadline.
