As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”

In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.

We recently received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.

Zach Eflin was dominant over seven shutout innings in the Orioles’ August 9 win over the Rays, netting him his second second #MOTM since being acquired at the trade deadline. Adley Rutschman had three hits including a pair of doubles-neither of which came on balls that even reached the wall-in the August 10 win over Tampa Bay. That was enough for his fourth #MOTM honor of the season.

Here’s the tally for the season:

Cole Irvin – 4
Jorge Mateo – 4
Ryan Mountcastle – 4
