As you’re almost certainly aware, after every Orioles win this season, Glenn determines a “Man Of The Match,” which some have called “the highest honor in all of sports.”
In addition to the social media recognition, the player’s face also goes into a featured position on our “Never Lose Ever” board in the studio.
We recently received requests to keep an updated tally of how many “Man Of The Match” nods each player has received for the season. We’ll keep that tally here and update it regularly.
Albert Suarez delivered his best start as an Oriole in their June 28 win over the Rangers, allowing just three hits and walking no one over a season high six shutout innings, making him an easy choice. And Heston Kjerstad delivered one of the most electric moments of the season when he hit a grand slam in the June 29 win over Texas for his second MOTM nod of the week.
