A Message From Glenn

I assure you that when we planned a Glenn Clark Radio “Summer Break” we absolutely did not consider it might coincide with the most exciting stretch of Orioles baseball in six years.

With PressBox moving from Hampden to Towson and your pal Glenn working the World Lacrosse Women’s World Championship (congratulations Team USA) for ESPN last week and headed on a family vacation this week, we just thought the best plan of action would be to take two weeks off amidst the summer doldrums.

I so badly wish I could be chatting with you guys this week instead.

I am hoping Paul & Zack can do “The Bataround” next Saturday, July 16. I PROMISE that Griffin and I will be back from the new studio on Monday, July 18.

I hope Trey Mancini is still an Oriole then. I hope he’s still an Oriole forever.

I won’t be providing Tubular updates this week because I will be on a boat and nothing about the internet situation is a certainty. You know what’s going on. The Orioles are in Chicago (and then Tampa), the British Open starts Thursday and the MLB Draft is Sunday. We’ll talk about all of it next week.
